Our regulations

Below you will find all the information you need for your stay at the Bianco e Nero Apartments. When you confirm the booking, you are agreeing to fully accept the regulations in place. If you have any doubts or information, you can always contact us. 

Bookings

Flexible rate (available online only!)

At the time of booking credit card details (credit card number and expire date) are requested as guarantee. The full payment of the stay will be charged 7 days before arrival. The reservation will be confirmed upon receipt  of the total amount of the stay.

Smart rate.

At the time of booking a deposit of 30% of the total amount of the stay is required. The reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of thedeposit. Balance 7 days before arrival day.

Non-refundable rate.

The reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of the full payment of the stay due at the time of reservation.

What is included
  • First supply of bed and bathroom laundry
  • One parking place per apartment
  • Beach service (1 beach-umbrella and 2 sun-beds, per apartment, until the day before departure) - only for a minimum stay of 5 nights
  • Air-conditioning/heating
  • TV-SAT
  • Wi-Fi
  • Gas, water, electricity
  • Final cleaning 
Tourist tax
  • For stays from 01/05 until 30/09, a city tax of € 0,70 per person /night is required.
  • The local tax is applied from the age of 12 and for a maximum of 10 nights.
Cancellation policy
  • Up to 8 days before arrival:  the deposit will be converted into a voucher until September 2026.
  • From 7 to 0 days before arrival: the full amount of the stay will be withheld.
  • No show / late arrival / early departure: the full amount of the stay will be withheld.
  • For non-refundable reservations, in case of cancellation or modifications no refund is vorseen.
Arrival
  • On the day of arrival, check-in is from 5 p.m. onwards. 
  • Keys and remote controls are handed over once the stay has been paid for, a deposit of € 100 has been paid and the signed data protection consent form has been handed in.
  • The stay can be settled by cash for amounts not exceeding the legal limits, or by credit card. We do not accept cheques. 
  • The deposit is required to guarantee the apartment and its contents as listed, and any extraordinary final cleaning required. 
  • We ask you to report any discrepancies, faults, breakages and complaints to the reception desk, otherwise the responsibility for the shortcomings will be borne by the guest.
  • Arriving outside office opening hours is possible if agreed in writing with reception but a surcharge of €20.00 will be payable. 
  • In the event of non-arrival, the apartment will remain at your disposal until 5 p.m. on the day after the scheduled arrival date. After that, the booking will be considered cancelled without written notice.

Departures

On the day of departure, check out is by 11 a.m. 

For any delays, payment of one night's accommodation is required. 

For the return of the deposit we also require guests to:

  • hand in the keys to the accommodation;
  • hand in the remote controls;
  • hand over the receipt for the deposit;
  • await the inspection of the apartment.

Guests must leave the accommodation tidy and free of rubbish, with the refrigerator defrosted and they must pay for any damage and/or shortcomings.

Allocation
  • The apartments are allocated according to the type booked, paying attention to customer requests, which we strive to satisfy according to availability. However, we cannot guarantee you will be allocated specific locations, views or apartment numbers.
  • The maximum number of guests corresponds to the number of beds. Children are considered occupants and paying guests.
  • Generally, we rent the apartments to families. Groups of young people can book a stay by prior agreement with the Management and by paying a deposit of €100.00 per person.

Change of apartment

We will allocate an accommodation of the same or a higher category than the one booked without further charge in the event that, due to force majeure, the booked apartment is not available.

Visits
  • Visits are permitted with the written authorisation of the Management.
  • Access for visitors is subject to payment of a fee at the reception desk.
  • They can stay throughout the day until 11 p.m. on the day of entry.
  • Parking spaces and the beach service are not provided for external visitors.
Hours of silence
  • Guests are asked to respect the hours of silence from 11 p.m. to 8 a.m. and from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. 
  • In general, we ask our guests to keep quiet by avoiding noise or sounds that may cause disturbance. 
Parking space

Available to our guests subject to availability. 

Dogs
  • In order to guarantee a pleasant stay to all our guests, only one dog per apartment is allowed.
  • An extra charge of € 50,00 is forseen for sanification procedures.

Waste management

Please respect the separate collection for waste disposal and use the appropriate containers outside the building. 

Liability

The Management accepts no liability for any valuables not deposited for safekeeping and is not liable for injury to persons, damage to property, loss, theft or other incidents.

Notes
  • If our regulations are not adhered to, the Management reserves the right to cancel the booking and turn away the guests concerned without refund.
  • Any repairs will be carried out by persons authorised to enter the apartment even if the guest is not present.
