Sabbiadoro, Pineta and Riviera: the three renowned resorts into which the beautiful peninsula is divided. Lignano Sabbiadoro, in addition to its many activities, is famous for its long golden beach that offers unforgettable summer holidays by the sea year after year.

Sport and nature

Lignano Sabbiadoro is the perfect setting for those who love nature, the sea and outdoor sports. From golf to beach volleyball, tennis to horse riding as well as water sports such as sailing, windsurfing, sup, parasailing, kayaking, sailing, kitesurfing and diving. In Lignano, you can see, breathe and feel nature in everything around us. Throughout the locality there are cycle paths with routes that frame fabulous views such as the lagoon promenade or the riverfront, for a stay between nature and the sea.

Theme parks

Six parks with attractions for all tastes and ages. At the ZOO PARK you can get a close look at around 200 species of animals from all over the world. The AQUASPLASH water park and STRABILIA amusement park provide hours of pure fun, as does the ADVENTURE PARK where you can feel the thrill of a treetop adventure course or relax with a game of minigolf. PARCO JUNIOR and I GOMMOSI, on the other hand, are dedicated to younger children.

Shopping

Shopping and relaxation are guaranteed thanks to the many shops open daily until late at night along the shopping streets of Sabbiadoro and Pineta. Fashion boutiques, clothing and shoe shops, jewellery shops and toy shops. Returning home empty-handed will be impossible.

Market

Every Monday morning in the Market Area of Lignano Pineta next to the G. Teghil Stadium, from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.
A walk among the stalls to be amazed by the many colours and local products of Lignano Sabbiadoro.

Art, culture and music

The Sala Darsena, open from June to mid-September, hosts temporary painting exhibitions and concerts with free admission, while the Terrazza a Mare, symbol of the Friulian seaside resort, offers a full calendar of art exhibitions. Other central locations for music events are the Alpe Adria Arena, the G.Teghil Stadium, the Beach Arena and Piazza Marcello d'Olivo. During the summer, the street theatre festival 'Pupi e Pini' engages both adults and children with performances by theatre companies from all over Italy.

Night life 

Discos, bars, pubs and theme parties on the beach. The fun never ends. Shortly after sunset, the Lignano movida begins, continuing until the first light of dawn.
